Dear Customer, 

All of us at stonewood hope you are well and keeping safe.

Following the Government’s announcement on Saturday 31st October, I wanted to give you a prompt communication in terms of plans for stonewood service over the next four week ‘Lockdown’ period. 

Our plans are to remain open with full service, whilst maintaining Covid-19 safe practice. 

Government guidelines on working in people’s homes remains unchanged, meaning that bathroom installations can carry on if done so within existing regulations.  This added to feedback we have taken from the market compels us to support you and other businesses who will be involved in this activity throughout the four week period.   For your reference click here to view current government guidance on working in peoples homes. 


Delivery schedule
Our plans are to maintain our existing delivery schedule.  We will advise if there are any changes to this.  

Office and Showroom Opening Hours
Office hours will remain unchanged with the stonewood Sales Office opening between the hours of 09.00 and 17.30.
